You should avoid washing your hair for 24 hours after your treatment to allow the injected nutrients and growth factors to fully absorb into the scalp. Washing too early may dilute the formulation and irritate the injection sites. Avoid chemical treatments, hair dyes, strong shampoos, styling sprays and heavy oils for at least 48–72 hours.
At Evolved Hair Restoration Clinic, we encourage patients to use gentle, sulfate-free products once washing resumes. Avoid intense sun exposure, saunas or extremely hot showers immediately after treatment, as heat can increase swelling or sensitivity.
